A suspected speeding car sets off a string of charges for a Brock Township man.
Police spotted the vehicle on HWY 400 southbound at around 9:00 pm last Wednesday night.
After pulling the car over for speeding, the OPP officer determined the 30-year-old driver had been drinking.
He is charged with:
- Driving while impaired
- Driving with over 80 mg blood alcohol
- Driving with liquor readily available
- Driving with open liquor
His licence was also suspended for 90 days and the car he was driving impounded for seven days.
He was released with a Promise to Appear and will before a judge in Parry Sound court, November 1st.
