Suspicious behaviour at a gas pump results in numerous charges for a 36-year-old man.

West Parry Sound OPP was called last Monday about the man standing by his car at a gas station on Highway 400 in Sequin Township.

The man was noticed by police beside the gas pump at about 9:30 pm and after an investigation, was found to have cannabis and a large amount of cash in the driver’s console of his car.

Tyler Boston was charged with care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired, possession of proceeds of a crime over $5,000, and driving while having cannabis readily available.

As well, his driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the car he was driving impounded for seven days.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound Court on November 30th.
