A 60-year-old man from suburban Toronto is facing a stunt driving charge after reportedly speeding down Highway 400.

Police say they spotted the vehicle in the southbound lanes of the highway last Tuesday afternoon in Seguin Township and clocked it going over 50km/h over the posted speed limit.

It was the fourth Stunt Driving charge for the West Parry Sound OPP this year.

Charged with ‘Race a motor vehicle-excessive speed’ is Yuriy Pawluk of Agincourt, Ontario.

His licence was suspended for seven days and the vehicle he was driving impounded for seven days.

He is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound court on March 12th.
