It may be a bit of drive from Parry Sound but if you’re planning a trip to North Bay or just want to find more about world oil and its impact on Canada, this session could be for you.

The Canadian International Council is presenting “Canadian Pipelines and World Oil: Politics and Conflict” at Nipissing University on Thursday, February 28th between 7:00 and 8:30 pm at 100College Drive, Room F210.

The event is free and open to the public.

Promoted by The Business Centre Nipissing Parry Sound, author and world oil economist John Foster will talk about his experiences with the World Bank, BP Group, and Petro-Canada among other companies and countries discussing petroleum-related reasons for government actions that are rarely discussed publicly.
