The Parry Sound Public Library was recognized once again as it won the 2019 Public Innovation IMPACT Award Thursday night at the Impact Awards Gala in Rosseau.

The library claimed victory with its “Social Media Footprint” idea, the “Little Library that Could”.

The library won the Public Innovation Award in 2018 for its Surfin’ Seniors program, a free weekly computer course for seniors.

The Impact Awards are presented annually by the Parry Sound Muskoka Community Network, recognizing excellence in business and public innovation.
